Jetpack disconnected

Hi, it appears somewhere down the line our Jetpack Connection has been disrupted. Our site is hosted on WordPress.com. An admin is also having issues logging in, I’m assuming because of this disconnect. Also, our Business Plan is not available. Any ideas on why this is?
