Jetpack disconnected

My main dashboard tells me ‘We can’t communicate with your site because the Jetpack plugin is deactivated.’
However, the Jetpack plugin is activated and the Jetpack dashboard does not show any errors.
The linked guide to reconnecting Jetpack mentions a ‘Manage your connection’ section unter Settings -> General but I can’t find that link. What should I do? Jetpack seems to work just fine as far as I can tell but the warning keeps popping up.WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

HI there, your Jetpack connection is set to heal itself when it detects a problem, and that may be the case here. When I visit your site I can confirm the connection is good and I am able to access admin areas without issue.
Are you still having this issue on your end? Thanks for the additional info!

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I am still seeing the issue. The settings page shows the following message:

As far as I can tell, everything seems functional though.

I’ve visited and I can’t seem to find this message on my end when I check around. Is it on a specific page or set of pages? Can you share the URL of the page you took your screenshot from as well as the URL of any other pages you see this message?
I can confirm on my end that Jetpack is activated, so I’m unsure why you would see a deactivation message such as the one you have shared. You can confirm the connection heath here, if the plugin was deactivated this would be showing a troubleshooting message as well: https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=https://chill-chinese.com
Thanks for the additional info!

I click on “Settings” in the side bar, get redirected to https://chill-chinese.com/wp-admin/options-general.php and get this message

I click on “switch to the Default view”, get redirected to https://wordpress.com/settings/general/chill-chinese.com and see the following

On https://wordpress.com/settings/general/chill-chinese.com there is also a small exclamation mark next to my site:

Clicking it shows:

Okay it seems that NOT everything is working. I wanted to create a staging site but https://wordpress.com/hosting-config/chill-chinese.com shows the following:

Hi there, I’ve had a few folks on my team take a look and we are not seeing this issue on our end. Has this resolved for you as well? If not, I would like you to try the following
- Clear your cache and cookies based on the steps Firefox recommends here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox
- Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in this guide as well: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-cookies-are-blocked-unblock-them#w_check-sites-that-are-blocked-from-setting-cookies
- If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Chrome. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Firefox?
Thanks for the additional info!
