I logged in to correct an issue I was having with the website not being accessible/visible. I disconnected Jetpack thinking I could reconnect it after and now my site is no longer visible or an option in wordpress. Any help is MUCH appreciated.

Hello!
You’ve posted on the support forums for websites hosted on WordPress.com. Since your site isn’t hosted with us, our ability to assist is limited, but I can guide you in the right direction for help.
You saw your WordPress site in your WordPress.com dashboard due to a connection established through the Jetpack plugin. However, this connection only allows partial management from the dashboard. If your original site is disconnected, the associated content is also removed from your WordPress.com dashboard. Moreover, restoring the Jetpack connection isn’t possible from WordPress.com; you’ll need to do it through your site’s wp-admin area.
Upon checking your site, it appears there’s a fatal error in your WordPress installation. To resolve this, contact your hosting provider’s support. They can identify the problematic plugin or theme causing the error and assist in getting your site back online. Afterward, log in and reconnect Jetpack following the prompts in the plugin settings.
If you’re unsure about your hosting provider, you can use a website like Hosting Checker to find that information.
I hope this clarifies things! Feel free to reach out if you have more questions.

Thank you for the quick response. I have to admit this is a bit out of my wheelhouse. I visited the site you linked to in order to check the host. It indicated Softlayer Technologies which I am unfamiliar with. In an effort to get support it directed me to IBM and they said they are unable to help without an account ID which we do not have. We have always just managed using WordPress and I could see our files in there until I disconnected Jetpack last night. Any additional suggestions?

I had a quick look at the Hosting Checker information and while I could only find the same mention of Softlayer Technologies, it looks like your domain is registered with Name.com. It might be worth checking your domain’s current settings at your Name.com account in case those can indicate where the site is hosted!
