Jetpack Does Not Work Now Since uPdating the plug in

    Can you please help me?
    I contacted my hosting company and being this is a wordpress.com plug in (JetPack) they said to contact you: WordPress.

    So I updated the plug in. AND GUESS WHAT? JETPACK DOES NOT WORK.
    I Tried to re install it because it disappeared – poof – gone.
    I really can not live with out jetpack.
    Can someone please, please, please, please, help?
    I have emailed support and have yet to hear from you all.
    This is odd b/c you all reply in minutes.
    I even emailed my password and name.

    I should also tell you, when I try to install Jetpack manually; (download it from the jetpack site) it just loads. If I try to install it from the plug in list – same thing.
    This sucks b/c it worked just fine before I updated it. :-(
