Jetpack doesn't stop monitoring my website.

I’ve moved to an azure instance and noticed, even when jetpack is deleted as a plugin from my website and the website itself is disconected from WordPress.com, it is still being monitored every 5 minutes.
It’s it possible to stop the monitoring?
Let me know who I should send the url to.Thank you.
