JetPack enabled .org posts not posted in WP Reader?

  Hi. I switched from a wordpress.com hosted site last Friday to a self-hosted wordpress.org site with Bluehost. It is Jetpack enabled. My subscribers have all been migrated (although a couple that subscribed to the .com after I switched to .org seem to be lost). Jetpack says that your subscribers will only be able to see your posts in Reader; however, only my first 4 posts have been in the Reader (none of the 3 posted since). Ideas? I know WPSupport is out until the 24th, but don’t want to miss out on a weak of visits if I can help it) Did I misinterpret Jetpack’s capabilities? If I am not showing up in WordPress Reader, then why did I migrate subscribers/followers over? How are they being notified of new posts?

  Well, the plot thickens. I disconnected Jetpack and then reconnected it. Now all of the stats from Friday-now and all subscribers are gone.
