Jetpack Error

  My website is http://www.thefactzopedia.com

  After buying jetpack premium for my site , in next 10 minutes , i am not able to access jetpack .
  when i open link from http://www.thefactzopedia.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack
  the error pops as ” Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. ”

  If i try to install jetpack for wordpress from dashboard , the error pops up
  “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists. “

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
