Jetpack error and now WEBSITE IS GONE
-
Hi,
There was an error with my website (still is http://schorrlinedesign.com/) that stated here that it was through Jetpack error and tried to fix it and the only option left was disconnect. I disconnected jetpack and now my website is gone! No longer listed on WordPress (my Worpress notifications from last week for the website are still there other than that there is not a trace). Now it is totally gone and unlisted from WordPress, nowhere to be found!!
Please help!!WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Thanks but I’ve already done all this. Which is why this is the only way for “Customer support” is through this forum…

Hi @shianneschorr, these are the forums for the sites that use our free hosting service. The Jetpack team is different and should be accessible through this link:
https://jetpackme.wordpress.com/contact-support/?rel=supportFor what it’s worth, I see your site here:
http://kealohalife.com/It should not show up in our interface unless Jetpack is properly connected, but are you able to use http://kealohalife.com/wp-admin to log in?
Then, to clarify, is the problem that you cannot connect Jetpack, or is it that you have an error when Jetpack is connected?
If it’s that you have an error when Jetpack is connected, you might try uninstalling it, then reinstalling it to be sure you’ve got a good copy. Then try reconnecting.
If you need more help, it’s best to contact Jetpack support:
https://jetpackme.wordpress.com/contact-support/?rel=supportOr, if the problem is indeed that you can’t connect Jetpack, try asking your host for help with this:
Hoping this helps!

Please read forum, the site is Schorrlinedesign.com. NOT Kealohalife.com
My site is completely gone from my end, I cannot access it and it all originated from a Jetpack error.
I then disconnected Jetpack and my website is now gone from both WordPress AND jetpack as if it NEVER EXISTED.The links only take me to contacting support through a forum- which is what this is.
Can someone please go in and fix this and stop sending me a link to repeat what I’ve already done. -
I’ve replied to your other topic. So, you can follow up there.

I responded to your other response. The error was not fixed by disconnecting. By disconnecting it is much worse- my website is now completely gone from my WordPress account. I have no access to my website.
(it is wordpress.com not wordpress.org)
