Jetpack error can't contact for help!
-
Hi,
I get an error when navigating around my admin pages “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”. I have tried to reinstall the Jetpack plugin as some blogs suggested, but the pages won’t load to allow me to deacivate, delete and reinstall. I can’t contact WordPress live chat for help, as the contact page won’t load either. I want to downgrade my plan, but again, the page won’t load and I keep getting the above error. I’ve run the Jetpack site check but it says everything is fine. Everything is not fine, I can’t do anything with my site.
Please send HELP!

Hi there,
It’s not possible to reinstall Jetpack on a Business Plan site, no, as Jetpack is a required plugin and cannot be deactivated. Deactivating Jetpack would leave you completely unable to access the site at all.
I checked your account and don’t see any Jetpack connection errors on my end, so I don’t think this is a problem with your site or with Jetpack.
I can’t contact WordPress live chat for help, as the contact page won’t load either.
Are you speaking of https://wordpress.com/help/contact?
If that won’t load either, it points to this being a problem with your browser not loading all of the code the site needs to work.
Clear your browser cache, and disable all browser add-ons. Also unplug your modem/router for a few seconds before restarting it. Does this help?

If not, please check if using another browser or another internet connection makes any difference. Let us know the results.
