jetpack error message

  • Unknown's avatar

I can’t get the dashboard to show. I get ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection wp-admin’. I think I deleted the primary site. The site I’m using now is the second site on the account. I can’t fix this without a dashboard. What do I do? Can WordPress reactivate the primary account or am I locked out forever?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I think preparetogo.net is the primary site that is deleted. The site I’m using is conservativechristianviewpoint.com . That is running on the internet but I have no dashboard to work with because I think jetpack has me locked out wanting to connect to the primary site which isn’t there anymore. Help. :(

  • @dogdoozie thank you for getting in touch!

Right now http://conservativechristianviewpoint.com is hosted by GoDaddy, but returns the following:

    301 Moved Permanently to
    http://conservativechristianviewpoint.video.blog

Is that the correct site? If so, please log out and log in as conservativechristianviewpoint so you can edit it.

If that is not correct, can you get in touch with GoDaddy to see why it’s redirecting here?
