Jetpack error popup

    “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection” keeps popping up on my home, and when it pops up, no other features of the site are available. I can click the link the popup has to go to wp-admin, but clicking the home button through “My Site” results in the popup and no response otherwise. When I go to the admin link and try to see what’s wrong, the Jetpack connection appears to be completely fine, and there are no other obvious errors.

    I tried some of the fixes the AI support thing gave me, but the button to disconnect Jetpack wasn’t visible where it said it would be, or anywhere else…

  • Hi there! I had a quick look at your site information, at this time it looks like the Jetpack connection is working correctly though as I wasn’t able to get the same error appearing.

    Just to check, are you able to click through to the Jetpack > Dashboard section of your site management, in order to open it, and are you seeing any similar errors when the Jetpack Dashboard page loads?
