jetpack file is too large for download

    I am trying to revive a web page that was exported with jetback. The zip file will not download as it says the file is to large and to contact support.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
