    My jetpack/forms will not display a submenu or will not display entries into the form

    If Jetpack Forms isn’t showing its submenu or form entries in your wp-admin, there are a few common causes. First, make sure you’re running the latest version of Jetpack — older versions had the forms feature bundled differently, and recent updates moved it to a separate Jetpack Forms module that needs to be active. Go to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard and check that the Forms/Contact Form module is enabled. If you recently updated Jetpack, the submenu might have moved — look under Jetpack > Forms instead of the old Feedback location. Also try deactivating and reactivating Jetpack entirely, as sometimes the menu items don’t register properly after an update. Clear your browser cache and try in an incognito window to rule out a caching issue.
