Jetpack has assigned a new ID when I’ve moved hosts
-
Hi,
I recently migrated my website to 34SP.com hosting, when I did, my Jetpack site statistics, subscribers etc were reset. I have been advised that this might be due to the siteURL changing and Jetpack assigning a new site ID.
The SiteURL changed from https://whattheredheadsaid.com to https://whattheredheadsaid.com/wp
But they are in fact the same site, the URL change is a security feature of the hosting. Are you able to locate the second ID and merge in my statistics so no data is lost?
Thank you.

I’m not seeing this problem with your site currently, the new site’s ID has all of the data of the previous ID.
Were you able to resolve this?

All of my Jetpack stats are missing prior to July, when I switched hosts, and all my subscriber numbers are on zero – despite having subscribers who still get emails automatically when I publish posts.

Hi there,
I was able to find your old site’s ID and I have successfully transferred your followers and your stats.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.
