Jetpack has no download button

  I would like to export this site via jetpack but there is no button for me to download the files. May I know what has gone wrong here.

  I apologize for the delayed reply!
  
  I can see that you’re a memnber on the site http://staging-0949-ramzi4888049ceb-xrbwt.wpcomstaging.com/ but only as a Contributor. You won’t be able to download a backup copy of the website through Jetpack > Backups; however, if the owner updates your role to Administrator, you’ll be able to do so.
