Jetpack hates me

I can’t activate Jetpack on my account because I apparently can’t remember my password for the account that should be hooked up to my website. I have requested to retrieve my password multiple times now and have not received a single email. I set up this account to see if I could log in to it to activate Jetpack but it sends an error because I don’t think my website is attached to it yet. I am very new to this and very confused. Any help is appreciated!
