I was taking a course, due to personal circumstances in couldn’t complete the course, and I was unable to login before the expiration of the temp. domain and disable Jetpack. Now I receive email after email that the site is down or up. Do I have to delete my WordPress account that is linked to that domain to turn off Jetpack?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. you can disconnect the site from your WordPress.com account.
Go to “My Sites” select the site you want to disconnect.
Select “Settings” on the right-hand side scroll down to “Manage my connections” and select “Disconnect from WordPress.com.

You can find a more detailed description here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

    Hope this is helpful 😎

    Hi Zazter,
Thank you for the suggestion, the problem is I can’t see the site.
When I go into My Sites-Settings this is what I see:
“Please check your Primary sites connection” and I can’t figure out how to get past it. Any idea’s?

Hi there, it might be that you are disconnected from the site or it does not exist anymore. I’m adding a “modlook” tag to ask for staff assistance to remove the connection.

  • Hi there,

I’ve disabled the Monitor feature for that site, so you won’t receive any more emails about it, and I’ve removed the Jetpack connection from your account as well.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
