jetpack image compare block : button is dark!

    Hi,
    I am under WP.com with Sight theme, working under Windows 10 + have the minimum WP subscription formula: no additional css possible, only the block HTML editor.
    My issue on this page I created under WP.com (https://karinegantin.com/bibliography/) and where I recently added an image-compare block: the image-compare button that shifts the image is itself dark, not clear-themed like for everyone else on their blogs or in the block official examples by jetpack or even in my editing interface where I can enjoy it white, — when online, one can even barely see the arrows…
    What I tried to fix it to no avail: I checked in different browsers and on my ios tablet; changed my Windows 10 personalization feature from dark to light and recreated the block after that (and tested also an image-compare block on a newly created page under Windows 10 switched to light instead of dark); I changed the appearance customization in WP with a different palette; checked on the HTML block editor but there was there nothing I could do (class=”image-compare.”).
    Whatever I try, the shifting button remains dark.
    Any clue? Has someone seen this before? What parameter do you think led to this bug, i.e. what other trick could I try?

    Yep. I previewed the page under another blog theme and the button is light again. Alas it is linked to the Sight theme. If anyone from Sight theme or in charge of the image-compare feature has on their backlog the possibility for us to change the button color, I would be happy to know (I don’t want to change my theme ☺).

    Hi there,

    what I see so far is that it is taking the color of the previous block, perhaps adding a thin block spacer before the image-compare block to separate it from the blocks above?

    Let me know if it works.
