Jetpack in installed, but not showing up.

  I went to upgrade the jetpack plugin and said it removed it, but failed to upgrade. now when i try to upgrade it gives me the message Destination folder already exists. D:/Hosting/7724144/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/ and what i need to know is how to access the folder i guess to delete it so I can install it again? Thanks is advance.

  You’ll need to access your server via FTP or a file manager (if your host’s control panel has that option) to remove the directory.

  Alternatively, you may be able to ask your hosting provider to remove it for you.
