Jetpack information?

  I know I’m likely in the wrong forum for this, but I posted this at wordpress.org about 4 hours ago and still no response. I cannot seem to find any contact information for Jetpack support. I get the following error message when trying to update Jetpack.
  Warning: touch(): Unable to create file /tmp/jetpack.tmp because No such file or directory in /home/bobsairc/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 155

  Warning: unlink(/tmp/jetpack.tmp): Operation not permitted in /home/bobsairc/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 479

  An error occurred while updating Jetpack by WordPress.com: Download failed. Could not open handle for fopen() to /tmp/jetpack.tmp”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is resolved now, removing modlook tag.
