Jetpack is caching cart page and leaving abandoned cart info up for other customer’s to see

  This weekend, we discovered that there was a caching issue on my site so that if one customers abandoned a cart, the next customer on the site would see all of the info in their cart. For example: Customer A adds a product to their cart, inputs their address and exits the site, abandoning the cart. Customer B, completely unrelated to A, goes to our site, and not only sees a product already in their cart, but also sees Customer A’s shipping address in their cart. We determined Jetpack (updated on 4/15) to be the cause of this issue, but the Support form on their site is not working. Jetpack is turned off on my site for now, but I need it turned back on eventually for Sales Tax collection.

  You need to have a paid Jetpack plan in order to be able to use the contact form at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support

  If you don’t, reach out to Jetpack support in the WordPress.org forums and they should be able to help. They will need to know what your site URL is in order to investigate the issue: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/
