Jetpack is having trouble creating backups for nzoi.com

  I received an email saying that Jetpack wasn’t able to create backup for my site, and followed the guide and I don’t seem to have any issues.

  the error reference in the email is: 214086320/SP-2016-/backup-other

  how can I find further details about the error? what should we do to fix the backups, as it’s the main reason we’re using Jetpack
