Jetpack is not letting me select a facebook page.

Jetpack is not letting me change my facbook page when I configure sharing. The button is stuck on the 1st page that is listed in my facebook account and it won’t let me select any other page. This is in both Edge and Chome. I can’t get around this.

Have you already tried clearing the browser cache?
Let me know if that makes a difference at all.

No, I didn’t and I am not sure how that would make a difference since this issue is occurring in two completely different browsers, Chrome and Edge. I used chrome regularly but never use Edge. When it wasn’t working in chrome, I fired up Edge and got the same result. Two different browsers, two different cookie sets.
I’ll give it a shot anyway, but I am certain that is not the answer. If I was only using a single browser, maybe, but not two different browsers one of which I never use for WordPress (Edge.) I’ll try in a bit and post the results.

Clearing the cache didn’t work. I am going to try it on another computer just to see if something might be messed with my laptop. So strange that this check box won’t check….

Okay, let us know how you get on with trying another computer.
What is the exact error message you are seeing? And can I double check this is happening when trying to connect a Facebook page on nicksnicholas.wordpress.com (rather than a different site)?
For what it’s worth, I can see a working connection to this Facebook page on nicksnicholas.wordpress.com.

Well, good news. It worked on my desktop computer, one which I never used WordPress on before. I didn’t get any error message. What was happening is that when I clicked “connect” on the facebook link, I was able to get a list of Facebook pages that I manage on my facebook account, but the selection button was “stuck” at the first facebook page in my list. When I tried to change the radio button selection to another page, the button would not “fill in” and mark a page as selected (i.e. I could not check the box) Instead of the radio button filling in the middle, a blue circle outline the radio button and it looked like it was selecting the choice, but it didn’t, so I could not select the correct page. Clearing the browser cache did not help. Using a completely different computer is what made it work. Not sure exactly what’s going on, but I’m finally connected to the correct page.

It would also be great if you could make a screenshot of what you are seeing and upload it to your Media Library.
