Jetpack is not syncing

Hi I have installed jet pack on giftdshop.com.au I’m trying to get users to log in to the site to manage the products through the woo commerce. I’m unable to see the site when logging in to wordpress.com using (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I can see the site using (email visible only to moderators and staff) Both users are setup on the WordPress self-hosted site as admins. The other Admins are also unable to see the site on wordpress.com

Even if you have set the same email address as an admin on the site, you will still need to connect it to Jetpack directly from the account in question:
