Jetpack is unable to connect due to DNS records not pointing to site

I had this issue previously and had a member change the “A” name file and possibly modified the “CNAME” file. By doing this my website was able to be seen via mobile and desktop. However, I keep receiving this notification and have noticed that WIX files are still in my DNS records. What do I need to do to connect Jetpack? It has been over 72 hours and I still receive this notification etc.

  • Hi there,

I thoroughly reviewed your account, and it appears that your DNS records are properly configured, and your domain is successfully loading your WordPress.com site without any issues.

Additionally, I’ve checked the status of Jetpack on your website, and I can confirm that it is correctly connected and functioning as it should. There’s no indication of any problems with Jetpack’s connection to your site.

I also checked your dashboard and I wasn’t able to see the notification mentioned in your screenshot. It seems like everything is running smoothly at the moment.

However, I understand how important it is to ensure that everything is working perfectly. So, if you’re still experiencing any issues or have any concerns regarding your website, please do not hesitate to let me know. I’m here to help you in any way I can.
