Jetpack issue

  Ok I am very new to this. I work for a company where I am listed as the website owner although I am not, the company is. Now I paid for a personal website for myself and it has connected the two websites. When I try to sign in to my new website it says there is an issue with the jetpack. Click here for wp-admin. When I click wp-admin it takes me to the company I work for site and out of my personal site.
