Jetpack issue. Change recovery email option required
-
Hello!
I have my WordPress website private hosted and I can’t login inside the ‘wp-login.php’ since it redirect me into Jetpack/WordPress.com-account which tied to an email from a domain I no longer own.
It’s not working. its redirect me to Jetpack with the follow text model:Verify your identity
We’ve noticed that your current password may have been compromised in a public leak. To keep your account safe, we’ve added an extra layer of security.
We’ve sent a code to a****@a*************.com Please check your inbox and enter the code below to verify it’s really you.
So I can’t receive the verification code. I need help with an option to insert a new email for recovery.
When I logged into the my WordPress platform it required me to insert email which was part of my old domain which doesn’t exist any more. The site is self-hosted and I got inside the host and domain platform but I never provided or created a specific email (I left it without an email) since this site is not a primary account therefore while login into the host and domain platform I use my main email account which doesn’t connect it.

Hi there,
You didn’t share the site’s URL for us to assist you further. If your self-hosted site is indeed connected via Jetpack to our platform, you should be able to sign in to it via WordPress.com/sites
Nevertheless, public forums are not the right place to discuss these kinds of problems. Can you email us at help@wordpress.com with your site’s address, and we’ll investigate and determine the best course of action for your case.
Best.

I have no cristal ball to guess that this public forum are not design to discuss this this kind of subject. Is not public forums desgined to share ideas, suggestions and solutions where people are facing same or similar issues as me? Well, it was a rude and unfortunate phrase from you.
