Jetpack like button not loading

Hi, there,
I’ve just installed and enabled Jetpack, and added the like button to my posts. Unfortunately, it shows “Loading” and doesn’t ever load. I’ve cleared my browser cache, checked it on Firefox and Edge, and deactivated all the plugins except for Jetpack, and nothing’s working. I’m using Accuwebhosting.
If you could please point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. Thank you!
A separate issue but could be relevant: WordPress.org says I don’t have an email address signed up with them, otherwise I would log into those forums and post the topic there. I don’t know why my email address isn’t registered with wp.org; it’s registered with wp.com, but that’s not the same thing, right?

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
