jetpack "manage" link is not working

  I’m trying to follow this guide :

  http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/

  But i can’t open the “Manage” link, it leads to this page :
  https://wordpress.com/manage/65453987/
  and just displays “Unable to load manage page for this blog.”

  So I can’t see the option to migrate the subscribers.

  Thank in advance if you have some advice !

  I apologize for the trouble! I’m happy to transfer your subscribers for you. Just to be clear, you would like the subscribers transferred from pasaprespas.wordpress.com to http://www.pasaprespas.com. Is that correct?

  Just reply back to confirm, and I’ll get this done!
