Jetpack Migrate Tool – Website Selection is empty

  Hello,
  I would like to migrate my followers to a self-hosted WordPress website I setup, but when I get to the screen where I have to select the blog to transfer from, the select field is empty. How do I proceed?

  Is http://elkvalleybearaware.wordpress.com/ the URL of the wordpress.COM hosted site?

  What is the URL of the self hosted site?

  Are you logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog?

  Is the Jetpack plugin activated?
