Jetpack Monitor support
-
We recently set up a new WordPress website for our church. Once we had the new site (www.OLDWEBADDRESS/newsite) set up, we contacted our ISP, ipage.com, and had them redirect our service/webaddress to our new WordPress site. Unfortunately, Jetpack Monitor doesn’t seem to be able to make that switch automatically. And, so far, I have been unable to figure out how to make the switch manually. How should I proceed so we can continue profiting from Jetpack Monitor? Thank you.

This is wordpress.com support where we do not provide support for any sites that are not hosted here. We do not provide wordpress.ORG software support or Jetpack support.
Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built into WordPress.COM blogs, and we do not provide Jetpack support on these wordpress.COM support forums. Please direct Jetpack issues to where they can get Jetpack support.
re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Thank you for the quick response and resource leads. Our website is a WordPress.com site. The folks that helped with initial set up at MojoMarketplace included the JetPack plugin with our site.

If you’re running the Jetpack plugin then it’s a self-hosted site.
It looks like you’ve already gotten an email reply from James with Jetpack support, so you can continue troubleshooting with him.
