  Monitor is one of the features that comes with WordPress.com’s Jetpack plugin and it helps to monitor if your site’s active or not. To activate Jetpack on your site, you need a WordPress.com account and it looks like you have installed Jetpack on velvetbeautystudio.com and used your WordPress.com account (kussner) to do the same.

  That’s the reason why you’re getting these notifications. You can manage your sites by visiting https://wordpress.com/sites/ once you’re logged in.
