Jetpack monitoring
-
I took a WordPress using ED2Go.com. The class is over but the website I created in class is being monitored by Jetpack. I cannot see the URL in my sites to stop it. I contacted the hosting service and that account is closed. They said to contact you. I am getting DOZENS of emails. How can I stop monitoring on en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-to-turn-off-jetpack-monitor-emails/
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi –
I can disconnect the Jetpack monitor feature from my side. To be clear, the course you took was from ED2Go.com but that’s not the address for the site that you need help with? Please share that information with me here.

Thanks, the URL is http://nancyr10.sg-host.com/wp-login.php and it was hosted by SiteGround for the ED2Go.COM class. I completed the class in June and the SiteGround account expired in August and I cannot access that site now. I didn’t know I needed to contact Jetpack to stop monitoring.
Thanks for your help.

Thanks for confirming, I’ve disabled Jetpack Monitor on nancyr10.sg-host.com so these emails should stop. They can be sent if your site was deleted before you disconnected Jetpack or disabled the Monitor module. Our system will see the site has gone down but it won’t know whether this is due to hosting problems or because you’ve chosen to take a it down.
I didn’t know I needed to contact Jetpack to stop monitoring.
This is a change you can make on an active site but something we need to do if the site is no longer active. As nancyr10.sg-host.com is no longer active, I’ve also disconnected the site from your WordPress.com account.
