    Hey there! Every month you send my Jetpack Monthly Report to (email visible only to moderators and staff), as well as billing details. I need it be sent to me at (email visible only to moderators and staff). I’ve tried changing this many times, please help! Thank you.

    Hi there:

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    If you need help with Jetpack, you should reach out to their support and they can better help with this.
