Jetpack no longer "associated" according to personal blog

My blog has been associated with wordpress.com for a while now, but after recent upgrades, jetpack is now asking me to connect to wordpress.com, yet wordpress.com is showing the site and the stats.
The jetpack plugin is also giving me an error about an incorrect redirect_uri when I attempt to re-authorize it since it’s being hosted at tannerhall.com and there’s nothing I can do about changing it. (tannerhall.inspiredmedia.tv is a redirected alias to tannerhall.com).
Is there any way to keep the stats history but re-associate this blog to it at the new url of tannerhall.com?
