After doing some upgrades of plug-ins Jetpack does not want to connect. I have tried re-installing but it returns an error. Can you assist?

After deleting Jetpack and re-installing, I get the following:
The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://ehealthsource.co.za [HTTP 403]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: http://jetpack.com/support/

Right, have you already reached out to your host?
The reason you see an error is that there’s a problem with the XML RPC endpoint on your site. Jetpack requires access to the XML RPC file as found here:
https://ehealthsource.co.za/xmlrpc.php.At the moment, it’s returning a 403 / Forbidden error, while it should look like this example:
https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php.Problems accessing XML RPC could be due to another plugin, a security module, or a block on your server. As a first step to fixing this, I’d recommend contacting your host to see whether they block XML RPC and, if so, to unblock it for Jetpack (they can find our IP range here https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/).
If that doesn’t help, please reach out directly to Jetpack’s support via https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/. -
I whitelisted all the IP’s recommended and then managed to install and activate Jetpack.
Thanks
