jetpack not activated

  hello sirs,
  After many attempts I still cannot active the plugin on wordpress ver.3.6.1. I don’t know why, i have the account on wordpress.com
  as you may notice, so what it is wrong , I feel a bit frustrated, could you please help me, no joy.
