Jetpack not connecting
-
Complicated. I had Jetpack enabled on a subdomain. I created a new website in new.gopherslimited.com. Our new site is now live as gopherslimited.com. I adjusted wordpress.com settings to make gopherslimited.com the primary and only domain on wordpress.com. Now it seems I have deleted jetpack which I purchased under the subdomain and jetpack gives an error message when I now try to reconnect at my self-hosted gopherslimited.com. And at wordpress.com there is no domain of gopherslimited.com (which i made the primary) just gopherslimited@gopherslimited. Please can you help?

HI there,
Your Jetpack plan is showing as cancelled and refunded yesterday, so you should receive a refund for that in about two weeks.
Regarding the problem with connecting Jetpack you’ll need to contact Jetpack support. I don’t see any sites in your account, Jetpack or otherwise, and I see no reason from our end why you shouldn’t be able to make the connection.
Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference, but if not, you can contact Jetpack support here:
Once you’re able to reconnect the site, you should be able to buy a new Jetpack plan as well if you still want that.
