jetpack not connecting to socials

    i have tried everything and it doesn’t seem to work. i have disconnected and reconnected only to have it say no accounts/pages found. this is for both ig and facebook. i have my nextdooor connected and no problems. i have cleared the cache. i dont know what else to do. do i have to pay for this feature? TIA

    If Jetpack on your calabresenotary.wordpress.com site won’t connect to your Facebook and Instagram accounts and shows “no accounts/pages found,” here’s what to check and try:

    1. No Payment Required: Connecting Jetpack Social to Facebook and Instagram doesn’t require extra payment beyond your current plan. It should work with free or paid plans.
    2. Check Facebook Page Role: Make sure the Facebook account you’re connecting has the Admin role on the Facebook Page. Viewer or Editor roles don’t allow Jetpack access.
    3. Check Facebook Business Integration Permissions:
      • Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations and make sure Jetpack (WordPress.com) has all required permissions.
      • Remove Jetpack and reauthorize it if needed.
    4. Instagram Business Account:
      • Your Instagram must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Personal Instagram accounts cannot be connected.
    5. Disconnect and Reconnect Properly: Follow these steps exactly:
      • Disconnect Jetpack from Facebook/Instagram.
      • Clear your browser cache.
      • Log out of all Facebook/Instagram accounts in your browser.
      • Log into the Facebook account with Page admin rights.
