Jetpack: not displaying stats or sending out e-mail alerts to subscribers
-
I currently have a couple of Jetpack issues with my blog: http://www.kateathome.com/
I can no longer access my Jetpack stats.
The Jetpack widget which sends e-mail alerts to subscribers has stopped working and displays the following error message:
-10520: Jetpack: [http_request_failed] couldn’t connect to hostCan you please advise how to resolve these issues.
Thank you
Kate

Hi there,
I’m seeing that your Jetpack doesn’t appear to be connected. Could you disable Jetpack from your Dashboard, and then re-enable it? Please let me know if this resolves your issue, and if it doesn’t, we’ll go to the next step!
Cheers!

Hi, I disconnect Jetpack as advised and tried to reconnect and the following message was displayed:
Jetpack could not contact WordPress.com: register_http_request_failed. This usually means something is incorrectly configured on your web host.
couldn’t connect to host
Which now means I have an even bigger problem as I have now lost all of the Jetpack features which were previously still working (ie. the Facebook like box and all of my post sharing icons.
Please can you help to resolve this as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Hi again,
Since I last e-mailed I have deactivated all of my other plugins and then tried to reactivate Jetpack – no luck.
I have also spoken to my domain host, who suggested the only possible issue might be that I had not updated to the latest version of Word Press (3.5) – I have now done this and tried again to reactivate Jetpack – again no luck.
As I have lost all of the Jetpack features which were pretty essential please please can you help me resolve this as a matter of priority.
Thank you for your assistance and looking forward to hearing from you very soon.

Hi Kate,
I am seeing your Jetpack as enabled correctly right now – are you also seeing this or do you see an error on your end?
Cheers!
