Jetpack not installing on site

    Hello,

    I had the Jetpack plugin on my site http://www.vprcommag.com and was able to access up until yesterday. When I try to install I keep getting this message: There was an error installing Jetpack. Please try installing it manually. Then when I try to upload manually I get this message: Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.

    Can someone help?

    Hi there, it sounds like you might have a partial installation. Can you ask your host for help with deleting the wp-content/plugins/jetpack directory? Then try reinstalling.
