Jetpack not sending confirmation email when user subscribes

I have Jetpack installed on my GoDaddy hosted WordPress blog, and all the sudden jetpack is not sending conformation emails when new emails are subscribed. I have even tried this myself, with several of my own email addresses. checked spam and junk folders…still nothing.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
