Jetpack not working

    I can’t access my website to edit it, tried running the Jetpack debugging tool but got message saying …. Whoops! there was a small systems error. Please try refreshing this page and if the error is still there drop us a note and let us know.
    Tried refreshing and got same message.
    What now?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hello there

    It looks like culturalwednesday.co.uk is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    With a systems error, you would need to reach out to the hosting provider which is Siteground. They’re support can be contacted here: https://www.siteground.co.uk/support
