Jetpack notified that WordPress site is unresponsive

    Hi:

    Jetpack notified us that our site is down/unresponsive on May 3, 2020. It is still down. We are hosting on AWS, and have done all the troubleshooting steps on Amazon to determine that it is not associated with them. We are still able to FTP into the site on AWS, and access the wordpress pages via ftp. But nothing happens when going to the IP/domain of the website. Please help us, it appears there was a WordPress/Jetpack update right before the downtime was reported

    Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software you need to seek help at the following forums:
    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
