Jetpack Offline/Online Emails

    I am getting flooded with Jetpack emails saying site is offline and online. How can this be stopped.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hi there!

    Can you let us know the URL of the site where you’re having this problem and the reference number at the bottom of the emails you’re receiving? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    As far as “why” – these Jetpack Monitor emails will have a clue in that reference number that will help explain the issue. If you can provide us with the non-success reference number in those emails – would look like 12345678/intermittent or something similar – we can give you a bit more information about what is triggering these emails.

    I visited that site and it seems to be on Wix. You are no longer using WordPress to power your site?

    If so the reason you are getting these emails may be due to this fact. Our monitoring requests are not being handled correctly by your site, and typically this might mean that your DNS is misconfigured… or it could mean that we think your DNS is not correct because it’s no longer a WordPress site but a site on another platform.

    To clarify, now that your site is on Wix you wish to disable these messages (and the service that powers them) yes?
