  Hi! I would love to install the Jetpack plugin, however I am having trouble due to ‘destination file already existing’. How can I go about solving this issue so that I can install the plugin?

  It’s kcandco-designs.com

  I did at one point have this plugin installed but it is no longer installed and attempting to re-install it is giving me this error.

  Hi there,

  You’ll need to access your site’s files via FTP at your hosting provider, and delete the Jetpack plugin folder from the server completely, and then reinstall.

  Please contact your hosting provider directly for assistance with this, as only they can provide you with FTP access.
