Jetpack plugin not working

    I bought a theme, book your travel, with a unbuilt jetpack plugin that doesnt work with wordpress.com . I can not get help from the author of the theme because:

    You are using WordPress.com hosting which is forcing the SSO (single signin process) of theirs and is not allowing us to login to your site.

    Solutions please !

    Hi again, Ive spent months trying to solve this, not possible, can i get my money back since wordpress themes is not working with wordpress.com ?
