Jetpack Plugin Not Working + Original Site Not Found

Hello,
I’m not sure why but today someone went to my site to register for an event and said it was down and when I viewed it the site reported being down as well though on the backend of wordpress, it wouldn’t let me login through the normal /wp-login.php and forced me to use WordPress.com which didn’t show any site active. What happedned and how can I restore it?

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with elsewhere. I recommend that you get in touch with your host first and then reconnect Jetpack: https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
