jetpack plugin occurred an error and can't remove self-hosted blog in "My Blogs"

first, i tried to install jetpack plugin into self-hosted site.
but something’s wrong and failed to connect to wordpress.com account (the installation and the first activation were okay though)
after that i coudn’t access to admin area in my self-hosted blog. so i should delete jetpack files.
i can access to admin area but still remains the blog info in “My Blogs” of wordpress.com (here)
how can i disconnect to (or remove) the self-hosted blog info in wordpress.com?
