    Dear Tech Support:

I googled the problem and it suggest I look for u guys to disconnect me from jetpack so I can reconnect to it and my site.

If this is true solution, please help me and proceed your magic

If not the case, please also kindly enlight me of the reason….

    Thank you!

    Kunkun

  • Please try disconnecting Jetpack from WordPress.com at Jetpack > Dashboard > Site Connection > Manage Site Connection in your site’s Dashboard (not on WordPress.com), then connect again when prompted.

If that doesn’t work, what is the URL of the site you’re trying to reconnect?

Hi thanks for reply, for the suggested method i have tried but not work, as i click jetpack, there is no dashboard shown.

For my url, can u please help check kunlindesign.com , I created this site and published around 2018 and didn’t use it for 3 years. So I guess there have been many misalignments happened. However I renewed my host and domain fee about 3 days ago, and let wordpress manage my domain as the guideline instructed. Maybe it is still doing the processing. If you can have a look of the overall problem, and find the reason why not working, would be great.

    Much appreciated for your help~

  • The Jetpack connection for that site still exists, but at the moment there is no site at that domain. It just loads a “Server not found” message for me in my browser. So that is the problem.

You need to contact your hosting provider to help you get that site online again. Once it’s online again, the Jetpack connection should automatically start working again as well.

However I renewed my host and domain fee about 3 days ago, and let wordpress manage my domain as the guideline instructed

WordPress is the name of the software you have installed on your host’s servers. That software has no domain management features built in.

I see that domain’s name servers are currently pointed to us, so it looks like you selected an option to have your domain managed by WordPress.com. But your site is not hosted with us, and your domain is not registered with us, so doing that will in fact break your site completely, as you’re deliberately pointing your domain away from your own site.

Contact support at GoDaddy, where your domain is registered, and ask them to set your name servers back to what they were before you changed them to WordPress.com’s. If your hosting is also at GoDaddy, the domain should be using their name servers.

  • as i click jetpack, there is no dashboard shown.

To clarify, staff-blorbo was referring to logging into the WP-Admin dashboard on your site itself, not the Jetpack item in the menu under My Site here on WordPress.com.
